Before you join
How do I get access?
Cleyo is in early access. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you when your place is ready. If a friend already uses Cleyo, their invite link lets you in straight away.
What can I use Cleyo for?
Anything you need to remember to do: work deadlines, appointments, errands, bills, things for the house.
Can I add several tasks at once?
Yes. Type or say them in one go. Cleyo splits them into separate tasks and fills in due dates, priority and Stream. You can change any of it.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser, iPhone and Android phones, and the Mac app. Sign in anywhere and you’ll see the same tasks.
How do I get Cleyo on my phone?
There’s no app store download. Open cleyo.app on your phone and install it from the browser. On iPhone, tap Share in Safari, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Chrome’s ⋮ menu and choose Install. Cleyo then gets its own icon, opens full screen like any other app and can send you reminders. Once you’re in, the app shows you these steps too.
How do reminders work?
You choose when Cleyo reminds you. Ordinary reminders are quiet; the ones you mark critical keep reminding you until they’re done. On iPhone, reminders work once Cleyo is on your Home Screen.
Does Cleyo decide what I do today?
No. Cleyo can bring a task back and suggest a first step, but you decide what goes on Today. If you say “today” when you add a task, it goes there.
Can I share a Stream with someone?
Yes. Invite someone to a Stream, like a shared shopping list, and you both see and tick off the same tasks.
What happens to what I capture?
Your tasks are stored on Cleyo’s servers so they sync across your devices, and an AI service reads what you capture to turn it into tasks. Voice recordings are deleted within 24 hours of being processed. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I export or delete my data?
You can download your tasks from Settings. To delete your account, email privacy@cleyo.app.
